The team roasts ethically sourced green beans on-site using vintage Diedrich cast-iron roasters, turning out bright, complex single-origin espressos and pour-overs. Upstairs, the airy mezzanine lounge offers reclaimed wood seating, seasonal lunch plates, local sourdough toasties, and cardamom buns baked fresh each morning.
